These online maps of Huck and Jim's Journey have the same mistake... the WILKS' are on the EASTERN shore Mississippi ... page 157 of the book, middle of the fourth paragraph says that the Duke went off to the 'Arkansaw' (sic) shore while the KIng goes to the other side...later, after meeting the 'flathead' who tells the King all about the Wilkses, the King orders Huck to go over and get the Duke....in the first paragraph of Chapter 24, it explains they had tied up in the middle of the river between two villages...therefore NOT Duke/Arkansas KIng/Mississippi later the slaves are sent UP to Memphis, so clearly not southern Tn. Virtually every online Journey Map has this mistake in it.
